This page lists the various members of Falcom Sound Team J.D.K. These people were responsible for the composition, sound effects, and implementation of audio for all internally developed Falcom games over the year.

Toshiya Takahashi 1985 Game designer of various early Falcom titles. Also composed for Xanadu.
Takahito Abe 1986 Composer and sound designer who worked on Xanadu Scenario II, Asteka, and Romancia.
Yuzo Koshiro 1986 - 1987 Composer of Ys, Sorcerian, Ys II, Romancia, and Dragon Slayer IV. Now a successful freelancer.
Mieko Ishikawa 1987 - 1997 Led Falcom's sound department for many years. Now works as lead promoter at the company.
Hideya Nagata 1987 Composed several tracks on Ys II and Sorcerian before moving on to freelance works with Yuzo Koshiro.
Reiko Takebayashi 1987 Temporary composer who exclusively worked on Sorcerian.
Masaaki Kawai 1989 - 1991 Co-composer and sound designer of Legend of Heroes, Dinosaur, and Lord Monarch.
Atsushi Shirakawa 1991 - 2002 Long-term composer and sound lead of the company. Now known for anime works as TENMON.
Hirofumi Matsuoka 1993 - 1997 One of many composers and sound designers during Falcom's renaissance. Now has own band and studio.
Masaru Nakajima 1993 - 2000 Credits include Ys IV, Brandish series, and The Legend of Xanadu series.
Naoki Kaneda 1993 - 1997 Collaboratively worked on various titles. Composed Solo Crisis after leaving Falcom.
Takahito Tsunashima 1993 - 1995 Worked alongside Shirakawa, Matsuoka, and others on a succession of games.
Satoshi Arai 1995 - 1998 Musician whose Falcom career spanned from The Legend of Xanadu II to Brandish 4.
Hayato Sonoda 1997 - Present Long-term composer and current sound director for Falcom.
Kaname Ohara 1997 - 1998 Briefly a composer and sound designer for several of Falcom's lesser-known titles.
Hirokazu Matsumura 1998 - 2002 Principally involved in arrangement and sound design for Falcom's PC remakes.
Wataru Ishibashi 1999 - 2005 Took a lead role on titles such as Ys VI, The Legend of Heroes VI, and Xanadu Next.
Maiko Hattori 2000 - 2002 Assisted in the production of remake soundtracks, Zwei!!, and VM Japan.
Yukihiro Jindo 2004 - Present Arranger known for working on vocal themes, remakes, arranged albums, and the new J.D.K. Band.
Takahide Muruyama 2004 - 2005 Sound team member during the production of some of Falcom's most recent classics.
Takahiro Unisuga 2005 - Present Sound designer and possible composer for recent Falcom games and remakes.
Ryo Takeshita 2006 - 2007 Doujin arranger (aka Takepon Maki) turned composer for Ys Origin and Sora no Kiseki trilogy.
Saki Momiyama 2008 - Present One of two new recruits at Falcom. Made her debut on Zwei II.
Masanori Osaki 2008 - Present Latest recruit at Falcom. Recently worked on Zwei II and Ys SEVEN.
