10 Oct 2012 - Cris Velasco Scores ZombiU

One of the most anticipated launch titles for the Wii U is Ubisoft's first-person zombie shooter ZombiU. Cris Velasco (God of War, Borderlands) has created a visceral hybrid action for the title. The music will feature the raw sounds of detuned toys and instruments, carnival organs, distorted guitars, and haunting ambient textures. Contrasts of intimate emotion will be provided by piano and string quintet compositions. Coinciding with this assignment, Velasco elasco will appear on the Maestros of Horror and Sci-Fi Music composer panel at New York Comic Con on October 12. To learn more about him, read our interview.
