22 Sep 2012 - Salamander Factory Scores Project X Zone

Project X Zone, a crossover tactical RPG with characters from Namco Bandai, Sega, and Capcom franchises, will be released on 3DS on October 11. Takuya Hanaoka has confirmed through Twitter that the sound and music production of the title was handled by Salamander Factory (comprising himself, Naofumi Tsurayama, and Kayoko Matsushima). The company have developed a long-standing relationship with developer Banpresto on projects spanning the classic Super Robot Taisen Alpha to the upcoming 2nd Super Robot Taisen Original Generation. Project X Zone will feature over 45 pieces of music, including original compositions specific for the scenario and arrangements of classic video game themes.
