09 Sep 2012 - Soundtrack Details for Project Giana

Last week, Black Forest Games' production of a successor to the platformer The Great Giana Sisters was secured through a Kickstarter campaign. A central concept of Project Giana (working title) is the warping of the levels from dream to nightmare. The soundtrack, set to feature contrasting arrangements of Chris Huelsbeck's music from the original game, will emphasise this switch. Returnee Huelsbeck and Fabian Del Priore (Giana Sisters DS) will produce the dream soundtrack, while chiptune-centric metal band Machinae Supremacy (Jets'n'Guns) will create the nightmare soundtrack. Digital and physical releases of the soundtrack will be available as rewards for those who backed the project.
