06 Sep 2012 - Album release for Skylanders: Giants

While Skylanders: Giants will be released in October, the game's soundtrack will already be available on Amazon from September 18. Lorne Balfe, composer of the upcoming Assassin's Creed III and nominee for SEMO's Annual Game Music Award 2011 - Outstanding Contribution – Western Composer, returns for Skylanders: Giants after his work on Skylanders: Spyro's Adventures. As on that earlier Spyro game, the soundtrack's main theme will be written by Hans Zimmer, while Lorne Balfe will incorporate the theme into his half hour of score available on the album.
