16 Dec 2011 - Jason Graves and Kevin Riepl Score Resistance: Burning Skies

It has been confirmed that Jason Graves and Kevin Riepl will create the soundtrack for Nihilistic Software's Resistance: Burning Skies.

One of the most eagerly anticipated titles for the PlayStation Vita, the first-person shooter will portray firefighter Tom Riley's battles against Chimera that invade the United States. While neither composer has worked on the series before, their respective experiences working on franchises such as Dead Space and Gears of War should equip them to write an impacting orchestral score.

Riepl announced his involvement on his official website, while Graves' role was confirmed on a press release for the newly released charity album Novum Initium. Graves is currently a frontrunner to win 'Outstanding Contribution – Western Composer' in the Annual Game Music Awards 2011.
