23 Sep 2008 - Etrian Odyssey Live Music Album Revealed GEM Impact CEO Norihiko Hibino has revealed details about the Live Music by Piano and Strings ~ Sekaiju no Meikyuu I & II Super Arrange Version. He revealed these details in a comprehensive interview with Square Enix Music Online that will be published tomorrow. The two disc set will feature piano and string music performances from Etrian Odyssey and Etrian Odyssey 2: Heroes of Lagaard. Hibino selected, arranged, prepared, and conducted all pieces on the album. It was recorded by talented piano and string players that Hibino has collaborated with before. It will exhibit a soft bossa-nova feel ideal for inspiring calm at home or on vacation. Despite a low budget, Hibino is very satisfied with the album. He found it a very fun project to work on and believes it will expand the series' cultural standards. Five Records will release the album under the catalog number VGCD-0149 on October 8.
