Integrating comments for news posts...

It is technically feasible for us to implement a comments system for the music news and site news we post. However, I wondered whether people thought this was a good idea or not. There might not be that many comments per news post but it could add an element of interactivity.

Anything that makes us have site-to-forum interactivity helps.

These comments would be site-based not forum-based although it'd be more community interface perhaps overall. Any other thoughts? Personally, I don't mind either way.

I think it's a good idea. I wouldn't mind being able to post about news comments.

I'll go for it. I'm sure there are thousand visitors who would like to comment about news without registering on the forum

Yup, sounds like a...sound idea. Definitely be interesting in regards to music news.

It can easily be done as it's an automatic feature. It's just about neatly customising it. So unless there's objection, I'll ensure it happens in the near future.
