Certainly a very difficult pairing for me, definatly hardest yet. I've become a huge fan of Chaos' Temple, its in my current favorite 5 tracks. But comparing both musically, I have to give my vote to Main Theme. Awsome progression, (slow) but still awsome melody, and I just love how the mood changes throughout.

But I'll be happy with either piece moving through, Chaos' for more selfish reasons.

I really like Chaos right now. I think it has a rat's chance in a cat house of winning against FFVII, but its a nice piece with an excellent vibe. Its a tough decision because the FFVII theme is also a very nice.

I really don't know why "Chaos' Temple" is still here. Any other pairing and it would not be getting my vote. There's no bit of chaos in the piece! Still, representation of mood aside, I enjoy the piece far more than main theme, so it gets my vote.

I went Chaos, but I'm not expecting a miracle here. I respect the potency of Main Theme, but I just don't like it as much as good old Chaos.

I voted for main theme chaos temple sucked ass then and it sucks ass now. I mean main theme isn't cake with a strawberry on top but it defenitly beats choas temple

F.F.VII Main Theme gets my vote here. Sorry, Chaos Temple...you will be missed.

Chaos temple was a nice enough tune. However, FFVII's main theme was more than just a tune, it was a promise of what the game could be and was. It captured the whole game in that one little piece. I have never seen any one piece sum up a whole 40 hour game so succintly. Chaos didn't stand a chance.
