Biography

I was born in London, Ontario and I have lived there for a good twenty years. I graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Classical Studies and English. I've always had a strong passion for video games, but it didn't really develop until I was in high school, when I experimented with video editing. Since then, my appreciation for games and the gaming industry has only grown.

My favourite games include the Final Fantasy series, the Shadow Hearts series, and the .hack// series. I'm also a big fan of their soundtracks. I have an extensive musical background, and I think that contributes to the enjoyment that I get from a soundtrack. Currently, I'm working on writing my own game from a conceptual stand-point, working out the full story along with writing up the game dialogue, creating artwork, and writing music for it. Eventually, I would like to see the game made, which is one of the reasons why I want to pursue a career in video game design.

Another passion of mine is video editing, and creating AMVs. I've been making them since 2002, and since then have become quite good at it. I've also won a few awards for my work, and have been involved in several editing studios.

Site Role

I have several major roles on the site. I am responsible for most of the graphics design featured here. I supervise all arrangements, which involves receiving, assessing, and adding arrangements to the site using a little knowledge of HTML. Related to this, I help to run the fan projects section of the site and forum. I'm also a regular reviewer here and take a prominent role in the forum.
