Given the people who run the site are so busy, we are only able to respond to contact directly relevant to the site, such as to make corrections, submit reviews, or ask for promotion if you are an industry professional. Please do not contact us for the following reasons. There are other resources that can help you instead:

- To ask permission to perform a piece of music. As we are not an official site, we cannot grant this, so contact Square Enix directly.
- To ask a factual question about video game music. There are a lot of knowledgeable people in the game music discussion forum so this is a better place to ask things.
- To ask to talk to a composer covered on the site. It is much better to contact them through their official pages instead.
- To ask us to listen to your compositions or advice on how to compose. The music discussion forum is a better place for this.
- To ask us to send music to you. The purpose of the site is not to trade illegal files.

Please ensure you read through our Frequently Asked Questions page before contacting us, as there's a good bet your answer can be found there. In addition, be aware that our visitor-friendly Site Support / Feedback Forum is a good place to ask basic site / music questions. Please check the submissions section and affiliates page page before contacting us on these subjects.

Despite our best efforts, we have limited time to respond to enquiries so do not be offended if we respond late or not at all to your message. If a week has passed since your enquiry, please contact us again. If your question has been clearly answered elsewhere on the site and you didn't follow what has been emphasised above, we may not respond.
