Kenichi Mikoshiba
Note: This biography was written exclusively for Square Enix Music Online by Chris and is under copyright.
Likely a resident Square Enix sound editor, Kenichi Mikoshiba has collaborated with Square's development teams since 1999. His credits include SaGa Frontier, Threads of Fate (aka DewPrism), The Bouncer, Dirge of Cerberus Final Fantasy VII, and Final Fantasy XII, all games were he worked as a sound editor.
His only published composition for the company is the aptly named "A World Where Elephants Bark" from the Hanjuku Hero 4 -The 7 Heroes- ~Sound Collection~. Using the term 'composition' here might well be a bit loose, since the piece consisted of atmospheric noise almost entirely. Still, few composers can say they have combined the sounds of an elephant, a machine gun, an ambulance, and glass smashing together.
