Brief Profile

Hidenori Iwasaki entered Square Enix as a synthesizer operator and became reputable after he manipulated the scores to Another Mind, DewPrism, Racing Lagoon, The Bouncer, Chocobo Racing, Final Fantasy XI, and Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles. He also produced arrangements for the Racing Lagoon bonus tracks, the Parasite Eve Remixes, and "Gustaberg" for Final Fantasy XI.

Iwasaki was introduced as a composer for Crystal Chronicles, where he created "Eternal Oath". He subsequently became the new musician of the Front Mission series when he arranged Front Mission's score for its PlayStation remake. He provided a new direction to the series' music with Front Mission 4, where he combined militaristic, electronic, and jazzy themes and demonstrated influence from cinematic composers.

Though he occasionally makes synthesizer operating role, Iwasaki remains chiefly a composer. His work Front Mission 5 ~Scars of the War~ were altogether more exuberant than its predecessor, while Front Mission Online brought a mixture of arrangements and original compositions. He has recently been announced as the composer for the Wii's Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers.
